Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of software and related services ("Services") provided through the website operated by DLAS ("Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "User" refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Services.
2. "Product" refers to any AI-based software, modules, or programs provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
1. These Terms become effective upon posting on the website.
2. The Company may revise these Terms in compliance with applicable laws and will notify users in advance.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
The Company provides the following services:
- Downloadable AI-based dental software
- Purchase and activation of paid modules
- Other services designated by the Company
Article 5 (Payment and Refunds)
1. Users may purchase products using payment methods designated by the Company.
2. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available after download or activation, except as stipulated in the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
3. For lifetime free-use products (such as Family License), refunds are not available after 7 days from the payment date, except as stipulated in Article 17 (Withdrawal of Offer, etc.) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. However, withdrawal of offer is available if the goods are lost or damaged due to reasons not attributable to the user.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
1. All content and software provided on the website are protected under copyright and belong to the Company.
2. Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions, failures, data loss, quality degradation, or any damages resulting from force majeure events beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, power outages, communication failures, hacking, DDoS attacks, viruses, malware and other external cyberattacks, system failures, server errors, or third-party service disruptions.
2. The Company may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, inspection, replacement, repairs, or communication disruptions, and shall not be obligated to compensate users for such interruptions. However, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
3. The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions or damages caused by user negligence, including but not limited to: failure to properly manage account credentials, unauthorized use, or violations of applicable laws.
4. The Company does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of information or materials obtained through the Services and shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
Article 8 (Account Sharing Prohibition and Sanctions)
1. Users shall not share or transfer their account (ID and password) with others.
2. The Company may collect and analyze user IP addresses, access logs, and usage patterns to prevent account sharing and unauthorized use, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. If abnormal access patterns are detected (e.g., simultaneous access from different locations within a short time, excessive device changes), the Company may temporarily suspend or permanently restrict the use of the account.
4. If account sharing is confirmed, the Company may suspend the account or terminate the service agreement without prior notice, and no refund will be provided.

DLAS ("Company") respects your privacy and handles your personal data in accordance with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 (Collected Information)
We may collect the following types of information:

- Name and payment details (for paid services)
- Access logs, IP address, usage history (for service quality and security)
Article 2 (Purpose of Collection)
Personal data is collected and used for the following purposes:
- User authentication and service provision

- Prevention of fraud, system abuse, and account sharing detection (including IP address, access logs, and usage pattern analysis)
Article 3 (Retention Period)
- Data is deleted upon account termination unless otherwise required by law.
- Certain data may be retained for a legally mandated period (e.g., under e-commerce regulations).
Article 4 (Third-party Disclosure)
We do not share personal data with third parties except:

Article 8 (Mobile App Privacy)
The Company processes personal information through DLAS Viewer (hereinafter referred to as "the App") as follows:
1. Collection and Use of Information
- The App uses Apple ID for authentication and may collect User ID and email address provided by Apple.
- Collected information is used solely for user authentication and service provision.
2. Information Retention
- Information collected through the App is stored on the Company's secure servers and managed according to the same standards as the privacy policy stated on the website.
3. Compliance with iOS and Apple Policies
- The App is developed in compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Privacy Policy.
- User personal information follows Apple's operating system policies.
4. Third-party Disclosure and External Modules
- The App does not provide or sell user personal information to third parties.
- The App does not use any third-party analytics or advertising services beyond the basic platform features provided by iOS and Apple.
