- Purchase and activation of paid modules

Article 5 (Payment and Refunds)

1. Users may purchase products using payment methods designated by the Company.
2. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available after download or activation, except where required by law.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

1. All content and software provided on the website are protected under copyright and belong to the Company.
2. Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be liable for service failures caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or system failures.
2. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by the user's negligence.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters as the court of first instance.
